Establishes a nine-member advisory commission within the Department of Land and Natural Resources to propose names for state buildings, parks, and facilities.

Commission composition includes three members appointed from nominees submitted by the House Speaker, three from Senate President nominees, one from the state historic preservation division, one from the state foundation on culture and the arts, and one public representative.

Members serve four-year terms without compensation but receive reimbursement for travel and necessary expenses; the governor appoints the chairperson.

Commission shall submit naming proposals to the governor for consideration and adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 to govern its operations.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
