• Committee shall meet at least four times per calendar year and requires a five-member quorum to conduct business, with the chairperson elected by committee members.

• Committee powers include approving policies for building operation hours, parking, access, and security; recommending capital improvement priorities; and authorizing repair, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
