Adds a new section to Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requiring the Land Use Commission to automatically reevaluate boundary amendment decisions after 10 years.

Triggers reevaluation if the landowner is not using the land for the purposes stated in the original boundary amendment petition.

Triggers reevaluation if the landowner has not made good faith efforts to begin using the land, including preparing plans, arranging financing, or applying to government agencies.

The reevaluation must consider whether conditions for the original approval require amendment to conform to current chapter requirements.

Takes effect upon approval.
