Amends the statutory definitions of "condominium hotel" and "hotel" under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 281-1 to remove kitchen and dining room requirements.

Aims to increase the inventory of hotel and condominium hotel rooms with liquor service availability to support Hawaii's tourism industry.

Takes effect upon approval.
