Proposes an amendment to Hawaii Constitution Article VI, Section 3 requiring the judicial selection commission to publicly disclose the names of all judicial nominees at the same time they present the list to the governor or chief justice.

Applies to vacancies in the offices of chief justice, supreme court, intermediate appellate court, circuit courts, and district courts.

Adds a new paragraph to the constitutional section on appointment of justices and judges stating: "The judicial selection commission shall disclose to the public the list of nominees for each vacancy concurrently with the presentation of each list to the governor or the chief justice, as applicable."

Ballot question asks voters whether the judicial selection commission should be required to disclose its nominee list to the public at the same time it presents the list to the governor or chief justice.

Amendment becomes effective upon compliance with Article XVII, Section 3 of the Hawaii State Constitution.
