Amends Act 160, Session Laws of Hawaii 2010, by removing a sunset provision that was scheduled to repeal the act on June 30, 2013.

Makes permanent the statutory changes requiring removal of landowner-induced or cultivated vegetation that interferes with or encroaches seaward of the shoreline.

Removes language that would have re-enacted sections 115-5, 115-9, and 205A-2(c) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to their prior form on June 30, 2013.

Takes effect on June 29, 2013.
