Expresses legislative support and applause for non-governmental organizations in Hawaii that provide services to homeless individuals and families.

Recognizes that non-governmental organizations deliver essential services including meals, job training and placement, and early childhood education to homeless populations.

Acknowledges the diverse needs of Hawaii's homeless population, including individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues, veterans, and families with young children requiring specialized services.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the concurrent resolution to the Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, Department of Human Services, Affordable Housing and Homeless Alliance, Hawaii Youth Services Network, and U.S. Vets Hawaii.
