HI HCR120

Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to submit a report to the Legislature on the status of all marine life conservation districts established under chapter 190, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Requires the report to evaluate whether the marine life conservation program is achieving its intended purpose both overall and for each individual district.

Requires the report to determine whether any marine life conservation districts should be modified and specify how.

Requires the report to explain why past reports on marine life conservation districts have not been submitted to the Legislature.

Report must be submitted to all legislators no later than twenty days before the convening of the Regular Session of 2015.
