Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to study the feasibility of establishing a keiki, 'opio, and kupuna trust fund that encourages financial investments while supporting conservation, reforestation of native Hawaiian trees, environmental stewardship, and sustainable food and energy production

Directs the department to establish an eco-tourism program allowing visitors and residents to contribute toward planting native or food-bearing trees in designated areas throughout Hawaii

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 Regular Session convenes

Recognizes the importance of conserving Hawaii's native forests, supporting long-term elderly care financing options, and providing permanent dedicated funding for programs benefiting children and youth
