Asks the Governor and Mayor to cooperate in accommodating school tours so students can visit both the State Capitol and Honolulu Hale on the same day

Recognizes that many adults cite school field trips as their only visit to the State Capitol and that teachers face difficulties scheduling tours or understanding their educational value

Acknowledges that education about the legislative process helps citizens understand and participate in lawmaking at state and city levels
