Chief Election Officer is requested to convene a task force to determine methods of ensuring accuracy of mailing addresses in voter registration records.

Task force membership to include County Clerks from each county, representatives from League of Women Voters of Hawaii and Common Cause Hawaii, and other parties at the Chief Election Officer's discretion.

Task force to investigate causes of incorrect mailing addresses including redistricting, failure to update address changes, and data entry errors.

Task force to explore alternative address identification methods such as tax map key systems and property boundary descriptions, and systems that cross-reference motor vehicle and National Change of Address records.

Task force to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2015 Regular Session.
