HI HCR21

Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a 55-year non-exclusive easement on state submerged lands at Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu (Tax Map Key (1) 4-7-019: seaward of 078).

Permits use, maintenance, and repair of existing landscaping area, concrete wall, footing, and other improvements that predate the 1964 Conservation District establishment.

Resolves encroachments on state submerged lands by property owners David Knox and Beverly Hoversland, approved by the Board of Land and Natural Resources on December 14, 2012.

Requires concurrent resolution approval per Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53 for disposition of state submerged lands.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
