Commends the Neighborhood Commission for its efforts to promote community fellowship and civic participation through initiatives like the "Be Heard Do Good" campaign on social media platforms.

Encourages each of Oahu's 36 Neighborhood Boards to increase outreach to community members using traditional and new media methods to publicize monthly meetings, board initiatives, and membership opportunities.

Recognizes the Oahu Neighborhood Board System as an important mechanism for community participation in government decision-making established under the 1973 Revised City Charter of Honolulu.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Neighborhood Commission Office and chairs of all 36 Oahu Neighborhood Boards.
