Urges the executive and legislative branches to adopt and implement the "Ka Hae Hawaii Initiative" to commemorate the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Requests that only the flag of the State of Hawaii (Ka Hae Hawaii) be flown over the Hawaii State Capitol and other state buildings in the Capitol District, including Iolani Palace during the anniversary of the overthrow.

Implementation is urged to begin in January 2015 and continue in perpetuity.
