Urges the Public Utilities Commission to terminate consideration of constructing industrial-scale wind energy generation facilities on the island of Lana'i.

Notes that Hawaiian Electric Company stated in May 2013 that it no longer needs industrial wind energy from Lana'i to meet state renewable portfolio standards under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 269-92.

Cites that the State Energy Office publicly stated energy from industrial wind turbines on Lana'i is not needed to meet state energy goals.

References that Pūlama Lana'i and parent company Lanai Island Holdings, LLC have expressed no desire to place industrial wind turbines in the Ka'a ahupua'a area.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Public Utilities Commission Chairperson, Maui County Mayor, Lanai Island Holdings, and five community organizations representing Lana'i residents.
