Requests the Executive Office on Aging to create an inventory of elderly services available on the islands of Lanai and Molokai and in the East Maui area (Keanae, Wailuanui, Hana, Kipahulu, and Kaupo).

Requires the inventory to include 16 service categories: long-term care, health services, financial education, identity theft services, transportation, hospitals, emergency services, meal delivery, personal care, foster family homes, adult day care and day health centers, adult residential care homes, independent living facilities, and housing loan programs.

Directs research on family and elderly demographics including number of families and children, elders above and below poverty level, and percentage of elders living alone versus with family members.

Requests assistance from the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; Department of Human Services; and County of Maui Council on Aging in gathering information.

Requires submission of a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 Regular Session, containing the service inventory, population data, and recommendations for needed services.
