Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a 55-year non-exclusive easement on state submerged lands at Tax Map Key (1) 4-4-018 seaward of 069 in Kaneohe, Oahu.

Easement permits maintenance and repair of an existing seawall and use of existing improvements constructed on the submerged lands.

Property owner Yamashiro Investments has paid consideration for the easement and the Board of Land and Natural Resources approved the grant in December 2002.

Legislative authorization required by Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 171-53 for disposition of state submerged lands.

Certified copy of resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
