Urges the President of the United States and Secretary of Defense to authorize military flyovers on Armed Forces Day (third Saturday in May), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Veterans Day (November 11), and the Anniversary of Pearl Harbor (December 7)

States that military flyovers serve as signs of honor, respect, and remembrance for armed forces and these national holidays deserve such recognition

Notes that Department of Defense Form 2535 lists Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and Independence Day as eligible uses for flyovers, but does not mention sporting events

Argues that flyovers at sporting events have been conducted for years despite these holidays having greater national importance and honor

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense
