Notes the Hawaii Health Information Exchange has connected over 600 users and 180 physician practices, rural pharmacies, and major health care providers since 2012

Directs the Hawaii Health Information Exchange to continue advancing health care transformation initiatives and electronic health information exchange in partnership with the State Legislature and Administration

Requires certified copies be sent to the Governor, Director of Health, Director of Human Services, Chief Information Officer, Insurance Commissioner, and the Hawaii Health Information Exchange Executive Director
