Requests the State Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of the regulation of veterinary technicians and veterinary technology practice, as proposed under S.B. No. 2502, S.D. 1 (2014)

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2015

Authorizes the Board of Veterinary Examiners to issue certificates of registration to veterinary technicians beginning July 1, 2018

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the State Auditor, Chair of the Board of Veterinary Examiners, and President of the Hawaii Veterinary Medical Association
