Encourages the Department of Land and Natural Resources to approve Paradise Park, Inc.'s request to reopen Paradise Park as a Hawaiian Cultural Center in Manoa Valley.

Paradise Park operated as a public attraction featuring exotic birds and botanical gardens from 1968 to 1994 and holds a 75-year lease on the property since 1966.

Proposed Hawaiian Cultural Center would feature zoological and botanical gardens with emphasis on hula and Hawaiian culture, including educational workshops, lectures, and musical performances.

Paradise Park, Inc. submitted formal reopening request on February 27, 2013, and has developed a three-phase implementation plan with the first phase to be completed within twelve months of approval.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
