Declares March as Localicious Hawaii Month to recognize local restaurants committed to purchasing locally grown produce and supporting Hawaii farmers.

Localicious Hawaii campaign involves more than 65 participating restaurants that create dishes featuring locally grown, raised, or caught products and donate proceeds to the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation's agricultural education programs.

Participating restaurants can adopt fourth grade classes from Hawaii's public schools to participate in the Ag in the Classroom Veggie U Program.

Campaign is held in March to coincide with National Agricultural Day on March 25, 2014, and supports the State's Buy Local, It Matters campaign to encourage conscious purchasing decisions.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture, Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, Superintendent of Education, and Chair of the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation.
