Requests the State Auditor to conduct a management audit of the Child Welfare Services Branch of the Social Services Division of the Department of Human Services.

Directs the audit to focus specifically on cases of missing children, including incidences and implementation of measures to prevent or resolve incidents.

References prior audits from 1999 and 2003 that identified deficiencies in supervisory oversight, risk assessment procedures, communication processes, and management controls within the branch.

Requires the Auditor to submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 Regular Session convening.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Auditor and the Director of Human Services.
