Department of Health and University of Hawaii Windward Community College are urged to conduct a community meeting to explain plans for parcels of land along the southern boundary of the Windward Community College campus.

Hawaii State Hospital shall include a proposed land exchange in discussions and development of an updated long-range development plan.

Department of Health and University of Hawaii must submit reports on the land exchange and Hawaii State Hospital's updated long-range development plan to the Legislature at least 20 days before the 2015 and 2016 regular sessions.

The resolution identifies vacant Bishop Hall on the southern boundary land as previously occupied by Hakipuʻu Learning Center and notes a potential land exchange with University of Hawaii's vacant northwest campus land.
