Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to consider renegotiating its 2012 settlement with the State regarding past due income and proceeds from the public land trust dating from November 7, 1978 to June 30, 2012.

Argues the 2012 settlement, formalized in Act 15 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2012), transferred approximately 25 acres of ceded lands (primarily Kakaako land) valued at $200,000,000 as inadequate compensation for constitutional obligations under Article XII, sections 4 and 6 of the Hawaii State Constitution.

Contends the land transferred lacks proportional value, contains insufficient acreage to generate adequate revenue, and excludes neighbor island lands, thereby unfairly depriving the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and Native Hawaiians.

Notes that court efforts to settle the claims have been unsuccessful and the 2012 settlement was the only alternative available to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs at the time.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Governor and the Chairperson of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
