Department of Education requested to study the impact of children of international students attending public schools in Hawaii.

Study must include descriptive statistics on the number of international students' children attending public and private schools in the state.

Study must calculate the unsubsidized per capita cost of attendance at public elementary and secondary schools in Hawaii.

Department of Education required to submit findings and report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 regular session convenes.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, and Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.
