Urges the Office of Elections to increase the number of early walk-in voting locations beyond the two locations (Honolulu Hale and Kapolei Hale) available in 2014.

Notes that only 44.5 percent of eligible Hawaii citizens voted in 2012 and that improving voting convenience may increase participation among younger voters.

Requests the Office of Elections to specifically consider University of Hawaii system campus locations as additional early walk-in voting sites.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chief Election Officer.
