Chief Election Officer is requested to convene a task force to determine methods of ensuring accuracy of mailing addresses in voter registration records.

Task force must include County Clerks from each county, representatives from League of Women Voters of Hawaii and Common Cause Hawaii, and other parties at the Chief Election Officer's discretion.

Task force must investigate causes of incorrect mailing addresses, including redistricting, failure to update address changes, and data entry errors.

Task force must explore methods to update voter registration systems, including comparing registration lists with motor vehicle and National Change of Address records, implementing data tracking techniques, and allowing online voter information submission.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 Regular Session.
