Request that the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts upgrade its inventory system from an antiquated carbon paper and typewriter system to modern digital technology.

Request a moratorium on art purchases until June 30, 2016, with funds redirected to support the inventory system upgrade costs.

Require the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to submit status reports to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Sessions of 2015 and 2016 on the inventory system upgrade progress.

Direct certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Comptroller and Executive Director of the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.
