Request State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to conduct a complete inventory and valuation of all State-owned artwork, art pieces, and art collections, including items on display and in storage.

Foundation must submit a report of findings to the Legislature no later than 45 days before the convening of the Regular Session of 2015.

Background establishes that the State has administered Art in Public Places and Relocatable Works of Art programs for over 40 years, funded through one percent of state capital improvement expenditures.
