Approximately 1,700 acres in Lualualei Valley on Oahu were taken from Hawaiian Home Lands in 1930 and 1933 via federal executive orders and transferred to the United States Navy for ammunition storage.

Lualualei Valley is the largest coastal valley on Oahu's leeward side and consists primarily of agricultural land.

Hawaii seeks to use returned lands in Lualualei Valley to increase food sustainability and security and develop additional agricultural infrastructure.

Urges the United States Government to return lands in Lualualei Valley from Navy jurisdiction to the State of Hawaii.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Navy, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific Command, and Hawaii's Governor.
