Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to provide documentation to the Legislature detailing how it has utilized land parcels conveyed under Act 15, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, including Lots 1-6 (portion) and 9 of File Plan 2471, TMK (1) 2-1-15-61, and TMK (1) 2-1-15-51 in Kakaako, Oahu.

Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to provide documentation identifying parties with whom it has worked regarding plans to develop the conveyed land parcels.

Urges the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to conduct its actions regarding the conveyed lands in an open and transparent manner.

Affirms that the conveyed lands remain under the jurisdiction and authority of the Hawaii Community Development Authority with respect to zoning, land use conditions, and related matters.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and the Executive Director of the Hawaii Community Development Authority.
