Commends the Neighborhood Commission for efforts to promote community fellowship and civic participation through initiatives like the "Be Heard Do Good" campaign on social media platforms.

Encourages each of Oahu's 36 Neighborhood Boards to increase outreach to community members using traditional or new media methods to publicize monthly meetings, board initiatives, and membership opportunities.

Recognizes the Neighborhood Board System as established in the 1973 Revised City Charter of Honolulu to ensure citizen participation in government decision-making through island-wide elected boards.

Directs the House to transmit certified copies of this resolution to the Neighborhood Commission Office and the Chair of each of the 36 Neighborhood Boards on Oahu.
