Urges the executive and legislative branches to adopt and implement the "Ka Hae Hawaii Initiative" to commemorate the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Requests that only the Hawaiian state flag (Ka Hae Hawaii) be flown over the Hawaii State Capitol, other state buildings in the Capitol District, and Iolani Palace during the anniversary of the Kingdom's overthrow.

Implementation is urged to begin in January 2015 and continue in perpetuity.

References Governor John Waihee's 1993 decision to fly only the Hawaiian flag during the centennial observance of the overthrow (January 13-17, 1993).

Directs that certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, Senate President, Speaker of the House, Comptroller, and Executive Director of Iolani Palace.
