Requests the Executive Office on Aging to create an inventory of elderly services available on the islands of Lanai and Molokai and in the East Maui area (specifically Keanae, Wailuanui, Hana, Kipahulu, and Kaupo).

Inventory must include 16 categories of services including long-term care, health services, transportation, hospitals, meal delivery, personal care services, adult day care centers, residential care homes, and housing loan programs.

Requests research on family and elderly demographics including number of families and children, elders living above and below poverty level, and percentage of elders living with family members versus living alone.

Requires the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; Department of Human Services; and County of Maui Council on Aging to assist in gathering the requested information.

Directs the Executive Office on Aging to submit a report no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session convening, including service inventory, population data, and recommendations for needed services not currently available in these areas.
