Recognizes and congratulates Maemae Elementary School's Robotics Team, "The Dolphinators," for winning first place in the Ninth Annual FIRST LEGO League State Championship.

Acknowledges the team's nine members (students Adriana Maroney, Taylor Fomion, Caleb Kurasaki, Beren Wong, Vance Tokuda, Kaedin Okimoto, and Kolby Yamamoto, and teachers Christine Kotomori and Suzanne Brauer) for demonstrating hard work and perseverance through STEM education.

Commends the team for earning the opportunity to represent Hawaii at the FIRST LEGO League World Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri, competing against 85 teams from around the globe.

Extends best wishes to The Dolphinators for continued success in the World Tournament while highlighting the importance of robotics programs in building critical skills including teamwork, problem solving, and communication.
