Congratulates the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum on its 125th anniversary in 2014.

Acknowledges the museum was founded in 1889 by Charles Reed Bishop in memory of his wife, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the great granddaughter of King Kamehameha I.

Recognizes the museum's role as Hawaii's State Museum of Natural and Cultural History, welcoming approximately 350,000 visitors annually and preserving Hawaiian cultural heritage and Pacific artifacts.

Honors the museum's contributions including collecting and preserving Native Hawaiian oral history, publishing Hawaiian language and cultural resources, and maintaining extensive collections of cultural artifacts, natural history specimens, and archival materials.
