Request the Department of Health to begin monthly testing of Pacific Ocean seafood products caught locally and elsewhere, with results reported to the public on a regular and current basis.

Require the Department of Health to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015 regular session on monthly testing progress and results.

Request the United Nations General Assembly establish an independent commission of scientific, health, radiation experts, and consumer advocates to assess radiation safety, educate the public on radiation exposure treatments, and develop emergency procedures for radiation exposure mitigation.

Request U.S. elected officials maintain Environmental Protection Agency radiation limits at or below pre-March 11, 2011 levels and ensure regular testing and accurate reporting of radiation in air, water, soil, and food.

Direct transmission of certified copies to the United Nations General Assembly, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power, President Obama, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and Governor Neil Abercrombie.
