Requests the City and County of Honolulu to continue work on repairing and repaving streets and sidewalks in the Kalihi area.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu to prepare and update a feasibility study on the status of street and sidewalk repairs in Kalihi.

Directs the study to focus on 127 specific streets, places, drives, avenues, roads, and lanes in the Kalihi neighborhood.

Requires the City and County of Honolulu to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session convening.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Mayor, City Councilmember of District 7, Division of Roads Maintenance, and Department of Planning and Permitting.
