Requests the Hawaii Invasive Species Council to provide opportunities for stakeholders to provide input regarding control of invasive albizia trees through partnerships with island-based Invasive Species Committees.

Encourages the Council to solicit participation from individuals and organizations or agencies from both public and private sectors in areas throughout the State affected by invasive albizia.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture, Coordinator of the Hawaii Invasive Species Council, and chairs of the Big Island, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Oahu Invasive Species Committees.

Identifies albizia trees (genus Falcataria) as non-native invasive species introduced to Hawaii in the early 20th century that harm native plants and pose public safety hazards due to brittle wood and weak root systems making them susceptible to falling in storms.
