Establishes the Dogs in Restaurants and Bars Working Group to explore strategies allowing dogs in participating restaurants and bars while ensuring health and safety.

Hawaiian Humane Society is requested to lead the working group with participation from the Department of Health and the Disability and Communication Access Board.

Working group must invite representatives from the Humane Society of the United States, Hawaii Restaurant Association, Hawaii Veterinary Medical Association, American Kennel Club, a participating restaurant, and the Hawaii Disability Rights Center.

Working group shall develop recommendations addressing food safety, health concerns, and service animal safety to allow dogs in restaurants and bars.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2015 Regular Session.
