Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau to convene a working group to investigate and report on current state processes for naming public lands and facilities.

Working group membership includes one House member (designated by Speaker), one Senate member (designated by President), one Native Hawaiian expert (designated by Office of Hawaiian Affairs), and representatives from relevant state agencies.

Working group must prepare findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, regarding streamlining and unifying the naming process for public lands and facilities.

Report must be submitted to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2015 Regular Session convening.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Office of Hawaiian Affairs CEO, and Legislative Reference Bureau Director.
