Declares March as "Localicious Hawaii Month" to recognize local restaurants committed to purchasing local produce and supporting Hawaii farmers.

More than 65 restaurants are participating in the campaign by creating dishes featuring locally grown, raised, or caught products and donating proceeds to the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation.

Campaign aims to raise $50,000 for the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation's Ag in the Classroom Veggie U Program, an agricultural education initiative.

Participating restaurants can adopt fourth grade classes from Hawaii public schools to participate in the Veggie U Program.

Localicious Hawaii coincides with National Agricultural Day on March 25, 2014, and is supported by the Chef Zone, Department of Agriculture, Honolulu Magazine, KHON2, and KSSK.
