Requests the Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to establish a working group to develop standard provisions for contracts involving wireless telecommunication service providers' use of state public lands.

Working group directed to research and compile current regulations and administrative rules governing leases, permits, and contracts for wireless telecommunication infrastructure installation on public lands.

Working group membership to include the Attorney General, a Senate member appointed by the Senate President, a House member appointed by the Speaker, representatives from the wireless telecommunication industry, and other members as deemed necessary.

Working group required to submit findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation and administrative rule changes, to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session convenes.

Resolution aims to establish a predefined framework for wireless contracts to enhance predictability of returns on infrastructure investments and reduce inconsistencies in the current contract award process.
