Recognizes Yuen's educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii, Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from USC, and MBA from Pepperdine University.

Acknowledges his two professional engineering licenses in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and his 45-year career spanning both public and private sectors.

Honors his partnership with the United States Navy in developing and modernizing military facilities in Hawaii, for which he received commendations from a Vice Admiral, Senator Mazie Hirono, the late Senator Daniel Inouye, and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.
