Designates July 20, 2014, as "Tranquility Base Day" in Hawaii to honor the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing.

Recognizes Hawaii's contributions to the Apollo program, including the Kokee Tracking Station on Kauai that provided voice relay and telemetry communications, and volcanic sites used for astronaut training between 1965 and 1972.

Acknowledges Hawaii's role in supporting the splashdown and recovery of Apollo 11 astronauts and the command module returning from the moon.

Urges the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to include Tranquility Base and associated artifacts on the World Heritage List alongside landmarks like the Pyramids at Giza and the Statue of Liberty.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor and the Director-General of UNESCO.
