Makes permanent the liability protections established by Act 82 (2003) for warning signs on public lands used for outdoor recreation, removing the June 30, 2014 sunset date.

Extends protections that allow the State and counties to limit liability from recreational activities on public lands through development of legally adequate warning systems.

Legislature finds Act 82 has increased public safety and protected the State and counties from unlimited liability, justifying permanent status.

Effective date is June 29, 2014, which is one day before the original sunset date of Act 82.
