• Sets specific monthly employer contribution amounts for employees with no dependents, one dependent, and two or more dependents across various medical plans (PPO, Kaiser HMO, HMSA HMO, HDHP), prescription drug, dental, vision, and dual coverage options.

• Requires employer to pay $4.16 per month for each employee enrolled in the EUTF group life insurance plan, representing 100 percent of the monthly premium and administrative fees.

• Establishes employer contributions equal to 50 percent of premium rates established by the EUTF board of trustees plus 50 percent of all administrative fees.

• Takes effect upon approval with contributions retroactively applied to July 1, 2011, to address an impasse in collective bargaining negotiations over EUTF contribution issues.
