Eliminates the $5,000 asset limit and motor vehicle value exclusion for households with minor dependents receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program benefits.

Allows asset disregards up to standards permitted under federally funded financial assistance programs instead of the fixed $5,000 limit.

Exempts persons eligible for federal supplemental security income benefits, aid to the aged, blind, or disabled, and general assistance to households without minor dependents from this change.

Becomes effective July 1, 2050.
