Establishes the Interim Assistance Reimbursement Special Fund within the state treasury to be administered by the Department of Human Services.

Fund receives deposits from federal Social Security Administration reimbursements, legislative appropriations, and other designated revenues for interim assistance reimbursements.

Moneys in the fund shall be used for state-funded financial assistance payments and programs supporting recipients to qualify for supplemental security income.

Interest accrued on fund balances stays in the special fund, with any unencumbered moneys reverting to the general fund upon dissolution.

Takes effect July 1, 2030.
